  1. To participate, complete an entry form with the requested information and submit it online.
  2. The giveaway is open through November 30th, 2025. Deadline for entries is 11:59 PM Saturday November 29, 2025. Giveaway draw will be held on Sunday November 30, 2025).
  3. You must be 18 years of age or older to win. No purchase necessary. Enter as many times as you wish. Void where prohibited.
  4. Prize value is approximately $225 however has NO CASH value.
  5. All photo shoots to be completed by July 31, 2026.
  6. Winner to provide own hair, make-up and wardrobe.
  7. Winner to provide location for shoot (Own home, Hotel, AirBNB, etc.)
  8. Prize is transferable with written permission from Frank Verbari Photography.
  9. No images will ever be sold or published without expressed written permission of the client.
